– 1  bedroom, with single beds, TV, closets and memory pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep;

-a stylish bathroom with a spacious shower, in material that gives a natural stone effect; Furnished with: shower with multi-functions shower head, large sink and toilet;

-living area with fully equipped kitchen, furnished with: dining table, 4 chairs, TV and sofa bed.

In addition, every room has A / C (air conditioning) and free internet access.

The apartments have a private access to a veranda that gives you the chance to enjoy the Mediterranean climate having outdoors lunch or dinner.

The residence offers to its guests a list of all inclusice services:

The WI-FI network covers the entire structure. For security reasons the WIFI password is changed every 2 weeks. We kindly ask guests to request it at the reception.

Art Village Residence allows its customers to park their car for free inside the residence. For each apartment booked, it will be assigned one free private parking . There are three parking spaces, located respectively at the entrance, in the center and, the last one, in at the back of the structure.

All that all the parking lots are available for the exclusive use of the members of the Residence.
