RELAX ZONE

Soft lawned garden, two central palms that give a pleasant tropical atmosphere,tables and chairs, are the elements that constitute Art Village’ s relax area.You can use this area to organize a barbeque, play with cards or to entertain your children in safety and tranquility!

FREE PARKING

Art Village Residence allows its customers to park their car for free inside the residence. For each apartment booked, you will be assigned one free private parking lot (or 2 if 2 bedrooms apartments are booked). There are three parking spaces, located respectively at the entrance, in the center and, the last one, in at the back of the structure.All that all the parking lots are available for the exclusive use of the members of the Residence.

COMMON LAUNDRY 

The laundry room is located in the main corridor, just a few meters away from your apartment. In the Laundry room you will find: washing machine, dryer machine, iron and professional ironing board with hot air aspiration system. For each week booked, we offer the possibility to use the Laundry, for free, for a certain number of times. If you wish to make further washing / drying, it will be subjected to a minimum cost.

OUTDOOR SHOWERS 

 Enjoy an outdoor shower !!! Inside the structure we have created 2 areas that accommodate a  total of 12 stone showers. Each shower has doors with inside lock, to ensure the complete privacy; and an open top, leaving you a fantastic the sky view. All guests can use the outdoor showers, which use hot water that comes from solar panels. Art Village Residence offers a  fixed number of free tokens for shower, per unit a week. If you need further tokens for showers, it will be subject to a minimum cost.

WE ARE GREEN!!!

Why do not take advantage of the sun’s heat for producing hot water? Art Village residence is aware that the resources of our Earth are not unlimited. For this reason,  in its own small way, it wants to support the environment.

BARRIERS FREE:EASY ACCESS FOR DISABLED:

The resort is entirely located on the ground floor. It is barrier-free, ensuring to those who have limited mobility, to move in simplicity and serenity inside the whole structure, using ramps and small steps.

 FREE WIFI

STAY ALWAYS IN TOUCH WITH FRIENDS AND RELATIVES !!!         The WI-FI network covers the entire structure. For security reasons the WIFI password is changed every 2 weeks. We kindly ask guests to request it at the reception.

CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND AREA

The residence offers a children’s outdoor areas and a covered area, furnished with tables and chairs. Here, you can have fun playing with board games, ball or football.Both areas are protected by gates and are not accessible to the public, ensuring total safety !!!

WE LOVE ANIMALS!!

We love animals!!! We know how difficult to find an accommodation for your four-legged friend when you go on vacation,could be. For this reason, Art Village residence is happy to welcome, upon request, your pet in this residence. Kindly, for organizational reasons, we ask our customers to communicate, at the time of booking, the breed and size of your pet.
